Collaborators
At Youth Negotiators Academy we believe in the power of collaboration through ecosystems and networks. All of our programmes are established and delivered with the support of over 300 indispensable entities, institutions, and individuals. The ones highlighted below are the main collaborators that we work with continuously. However, many other actors are directly or indirectly involved in the delivery of the LYNP, and we want to duly acknowledge their invaluable support and time.

Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Collaboratory at Harvard Kennedy School: Skills Collaborator
The Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Collaboratory (NCRC), based at Harvard Kennedy School's Center for Public Leadership, is a collaborative space for joint research, teaching, learning, and engagement. It brings together academics, practitioners, and students from a variety of fields and disciplines to explore how negotiation and conflict resolution skills can be applied to tackle the world's toughest problems.
As part of its climate portfolio, NCRC runs Turn the Tide, an inter-university collaboration with Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. Turn the Tide's mission is to democratize access to essential negotiation training, enabling individuals from all walks of life to become powerful advocates for climate action. Through Turn the Tide, NCRC regularly collaborates with YNA through Turn the Tide to deliver negotiation capacity building trainings for negotiators part of YNA's climate, land, and biodiversity programmes.

Collective Transitions
In times of profound socio-ecological transition, we are called to face the complexity of the present while honouring the past that continues to shape it. Collective Transitions works at this intersection, supporting individuals, teams, and communities to strengthen their capacity to navigate complexity with clarity, care, and coherence. By tending to the collective dimensions of change, we help create the conditions for realignment and regeneration, as well as more life-affirming ways of being and acting together in service of the whole. This work shapes the pathways and embodies the aspirations for our shared future.
Collective Transitions is an action-learning and applied research hub grounded in a living systems perspective. Through research, education, facilitation, coaching, and process stewardship, we surface the often unseen patterns, histories, and relational dynamics that influence how people collaborate, decide, and lead. Our work supports groups to experience themselves as part of a larger, interconnected whole: enabling more grounded decision-making, deeper trust, and coherent action. We work internationally with organisations, networks, and multi-stakeholder initiatives engaged in societal and systemic change, offering context-sensitive practices that build collective capacity, strengthen relationships across differences, and support meaningful change over time.
