Luea Ritter

Luea Ritter is a transformative process steward, systemic coach, and action researcher who integrates innovation, leadership, change, and healing to support collective transformation. With over two decades of international and cross-cultural experience, she works across sectors to help groups co-create resilient and regenerative approaches.

As co-founder and steward of Collective Transitions, Luea fosters systemic awareness and collective capacity to navigate complexity and sustain transformative shifts. She is also a key driver of the World Ethic Forum, where she stewards the Firekeeper Circle and participatory action research, and the Youth Negotiator Academy, supporting Youth Negotiators with systems-awareness, mental health, and community building for the three UN Rio Conventions. Additionally, as co-founder and chair of Nile Journeys, she promotes transboundary dialogue and regenerative collaboration in the Nile Basin.

Through her work, including PhD research and clients like the World Future Council and the Global Ecovillage Network, Luea's focus is on fostering coherence in social fields, enabling individuals, organizations, and ecosystems to navigate complex contemporary challenges.
